David Bann offers an extensive menu of delicious vegetarian and vegan options. All the food is of great quality and is definitely one of the best places in Edinburgh to enjoy vegetarian dishes. The service is fantastic as all the staff are so friendly and professional. They manage to be efficient and attentive without being obtrusive. The food is all beautifully cooked and presented, and reasonably priced. It’s all full of flavour and there’s a wonderful array to choose from. I would recommend the roasted cauliflower, potato and chickpea curry as a main for £13.50 which is not only delicious but also filling, served alongside a sweet potato fritter, homemade flatbread, tomato chutney and mint raita. Yum!

The “Beyond Mac‘n’Cheese Burger” for £14.16 is by far one of the best vegan burgers I have ever tasted! I cannot recommend it enough. The sweet pancakes you can get during breakfast time are so soft and fluffy that I order them every time I visit. They’re homemade fluffy pancakes served with fresh fruit, cinnamon and maple syrup for £7.62. You’re even able to add extra maple syrup for £1.23 or order gluten free flour pancakes for an extra £1.50. They also offer a full vegan breakfast which is outstanding. If you are vegan, this place is a must! The staff are so friendly and efficient, and the place is really cozy. Such a pleasant dining experience that I cannot recommend enough.

The staff here are extremely friendly and the food is incredibly tasty. I had a delicious Chilli Paneer for £8.95 which was amazing and my friends ordered Dosas which were so beautifully presented and full of flavour. The location and setup of the restaurant is amazing, creating a lovely atmosphere for a pleasant dining experience. The food is reasonably priced as the quality and taste of it all is marvellous. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, recommending a great selection of foods. Service is fantastic and you will definitely be full after your meal. Would highly recommend it for vegetarians that love Indian food!

Unreal Italian cuisine that vegans can also enjoy! All the dishes are outstanding and the huge portion sizes leave you feeling full and satisfied which is great. I personally cannot recommend this place enough for vegans and vegetarians as it offers the best vegan pizza I’ve ever tasted. The service is great with friendly staff that are attentive. The Amatriciana pizza for £13.90 is amazing with tomato sauce, red onion, bacon, almond pecorino, black pepper, basil and mozzarella. All the pizzas can be made as Calzone which is such a lovely touch. The house wines are so nice and are sold by the glass which is handy. The prices are reasonable for the amazing quality Italian food they serve and they even offer gluten free options for those interested!

A quiet boutique style Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are wonderful, attentive and so kind. Their attention to detail is amazing and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Italian food. They offer a wide range of starters, pastas, pizzas and desserts which are all incredible and 100% vegan. Several of their dishes also have gluten free versions available. The carbonara I ordered for £14.90 was exquisite. The drinks menu is also extensive and full of amazing choices, offering wines by the bottle and glass. The desserts menu is to die for. I honestly couldn’t decide on what to get because they all looked amazing. Ended up going for the oreo cheesecake for £6.50 which I absolutely loved! Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend checking it out.

A great vegan bar and kitchen with varied and unique dishes to choose from. The Classic Quarter Pounder for £12 is made with a soy patty and stuffed with diced white onion, beef tomato, lettuce and some classic burger sauce. Even meat eaters would find it a tasty and filling alternative on a non-meat day and will leave feeling satisfied. The meals are so beautifully presented and of great quality. Everything I ate was tasty and the place is decorated beautifully, creating a lovely dining atmosphere. The biscoff, coffee & caramel cheesecake served with whipped cream for £5.75 was just unreal and would definitely be my top recommendation for desserts. They also offer gluten free, soy free or nut free options for certain dishes. Service is good and so is the food. Would recommend this place for a casual vegan meal out with friends while enjoying some drinks.
