At The Ivy you have a selection of afternoon teas to choose from which you can enjoy in a beautiful setting. You can opt for “CREAM TEA” for £7.95 with freshly baked fruit scones, Dorset clotted cream and strawberry preserve. It includes a choice of teas, infusions or coffees. For the price, this little afternoon tea offer with a cup of tea and three scones is a total bargain and absolutely delicious. They offer “SUMMER GARDEN AFTERNOON TEA” for £24.95, with a choice of savoury or sweet. My top recommendation is the “CHAMPAGNE AFTERNOON TEA” for £33.95 where you can enjoy a lovely glass of champagne with your afternoon tea, and includes a choice of teas, infusions or coffees.

It’s definitely a generous afternoon tea that will keep you full and satisfied, and all so beautifully presented. The teas themselves were lovely as well, with lots of options to choose from, some of them quite unique and delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic too, classy and relaxed, with nice background piano music. Cannot recommend the afternoon tea at the Waldorf Astoria enough!
