What to do in Edinburgh?

What an education! I’ve tried many different whiskies but really never got past thinking I either liked them or I didn’t. In this class I learned about what goes into making whisky — and what goes into making whiskies different. Nosing, inspecting the glass of whisky, and tasting, all took what I know about whisky to the next level. Recommended!

A very interesting and pleasant experience. There were guides in every room of the palace. Everyone very nice and friendly. They told us lots of things about the building and the furniture. Start the tour by watching the film and don’t forget to go down to the kitchen, which was well equipped.
